इस लेख मे हम जानेगे कि pronoun की परिभाषा(definition), प्रकार(Types of pronoun), examples के बारे मे हिंदी मे पूर्ण रूप से पढेगे।
सर्वंनाम की परिभाषा Definition of pronoun in Hindi
सर्वनाम (Pronoun) वे शब्द होते है जिनका प्रयोग हम संज्ञा (Noun) के स्थान पर करते है।
जैसे: आशोक एक महान राजा था, उसने प्रजा के लिये महान कार्य किये थे।
Explanation: इस वाक्य मे आशोक एक noun है, और उसने एक Pronoun है। ‘उसने’ को ‘अशोक’ के स्थान पर प्रयोग किया गया है। इस लिये वो Pronoun है।

Definition of Pronoun
Pronouns are those words which used in place of a noun is called pronoun.
Example: Ashoka was a great king, he had empowered his people.
Explanation: In this sentence, ‘Ashoka’ is Noun because it is the name of the person and ‘He’ is the pronoun because it is used in place of a noun.
Types of Pronoun in Hindi सर्वंनाम के प्रकार

1. Personal Pronoun in Hindi पुरुषवाचक सर्वंनाम
पुरुषवाचक सर्वंनाम वे सर्वंनाम (Pronoun) होते है जो किसी पुरुष, जानवर, और वस्तु का बोध करे। इसका मतलब ये कि ये pronoun पूर्ण रूप से इन सभी की तरफ इसारा करता है।
Definition of Personal Pronoun
The personal pronoun is the pronoun that indicates the person, animal, and things personally are called personal pronoun. (I, We, you, He, She, They)
Examples:
- I am singing.
- We are sleeping.
- You are writing.
- She is ta
- They are briefing.
Personal pronouns are used for three-person i.e First Person, Second person, Third-person.

2. Interrogative Pronoun in Hindi प्रश्न वाचक सर्वंनाम हिंदी
जो Pronoun वाक्य मे प्रश्न पूछने का काम करते है, उनकों Interrogative Pronoun कहते है।
Interrogative pronoun is a pronoun use to ask any question in any Sentences. Like Who, Whose, Whom, Which What.
Example:
- Who broke the Slate?
- Whom do you see yesterday?
- Which is your School?
- Whose house is this?

3. Relative Pronoun in Hindi संबन्ध वाचक सर्वंनाम
वो pronoun जो किन्ही दो वाक्यो को जोडने का काम करता है वो Relative pronoun कह्लाता है।
It is a pronoun used to add or join two sentences is known as a relative pronoun. Like who, whom, that.
Examples:
- I meet Rahul who returned my bag.
- She released the parrot, Which flew any way at once.
- He broke my pen, which I brought yesterday.
- I know the man, who calls you.
4. Distributive Pronoun in Hindi विभाग सूचक सर्वंनाम
जो pronoun वाक्य मे प्रयोग होने वाले व्यक्ति या स्थान, प्रतियेक की ओर इसारा करे। ऐसे pronoun को distributive pronoun कहते है। जैसे either, neither, none, each, any.
Examples:
- Eat either of these mangoes.
- Neither of the two sister is tall.
- Each of you can do this sum.
- None of them can do it.

5. Demonstrative Pronoun in Hindi संकेतवाचक सर्वंनाम
जो किसी Noun की ओर संकेत करें। उसे Demonstrative Pronoun कहते है। जैसेThis, That, These, Those.
Examples:
- This is my house.
- That is your School.
- These are our clothes.
- Those are your shoes.
Note: This and these are used for close things and that and those are used for farthings.
6. Indefinite Pronoun in Hindi अनिश्चय वाचक सर्वंनाम
जिस pronoun से किसी निश्चित व्यक्ति या वस्तु आदि का बोध नही होता है, उसे Indefinite Pronoun कहते है। जैसे:One, none, some, many, somebody, anybody, nobody, other, all, few.
Examples:
- Many of them were Indians.
- Never abuse others.
- Some sat down while many stood there.
- A few will win the election.
7. Reflective Pronoun in Hindi निज वाचक सर्वंनाम
जिस pronoun से काम का प्रभाव subject पर पडता है और अन्य किसी पे ना पडे, उसे reflexive Pronoun कहते है। जैसे: Myself, himself, herself.
Example:
- I hurt myself.
- You can go home yourself.
- He was sitting there by himself.
- You have done it yourselves.
Note: My, him, it और one के साथ Self लगाया जाता है, परन्तु our और them के साथ selves लगाया जाता है। यदि yours का प्रयोग एक व्यक्ति के लिये किया जाए, तो उसके साथ self का प्रयोग करते है।
8. Reciprocal Pronoun in Hindi परस्परवाचक सर्वंनाम
वे pronoun जो दो pronoun से मिलकर बनते है और प्रस्पर सम्बंध प्रकट करते है। उसे Reciprocal Pronoun कहते है।जैसे: Each other and one another.
Example:
- Ram and Seeta loved each other.
- This class help one another.
9. Emphatic Pronoun in Hindi दृडता वाचक सर्वंनाम
जिस pronoun का प्रयोग जोर डालने के लिये किया जाता है कि हा मै, वो ही इस काम को कर सकते है, उस pronoun को emphatic pronoun. Read more about Pronoun
